After College, Chad Lenhardt (President and Founder of Montana Premier Homes), served as a Lead Field Engineer for Hensel Phelps, an International Construction Company in Denver, Colorado. Here he assisted in the successful development of several multi-million dollar projects in downtown Denver.  Missing his Montana roots, Chad moved back to Montana and worked with a local custom home builder. Through his experience in residential and commercial construction Chad knew owning his own Custom Home Building Company was his dream. To him, the importance of a collaborative building approach which he integrated into the Montana Premier Homes philosophy was the key to a successful business.
Whether the project is a full service construction endeavor or a remodel, our focus centers on project management and customer service.  It’s our philosophy to bring a cohesive team approach to building – “one that creates strong partnerships with clients while meeting their needs”.  We believe that by managing a project under this philosophy the result will be a quality end product within budget and schedule requirements.
